Who we are

This policy covers the text messaging program of AAMCO Manchester, operated by RKM Worldwide Management LLC, 790 Gold Street, Manchester, NH 03103 (“we”, “us”). It applies to information collected through our text message sign-up page and the messages we send.

Information we collect

• Your mobile phone number.
• Which types of messages you agreed to receive (service, promotional, or both).
• The date and time you signed up, and the exact sign-up wording and version shown to you.
• The web address of the sign-up page and your browser type.
• A one-way, keyed code derived from your IP address, used to prevent abuse. We do not store the IP address itself.
• Opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests and the messages we exchange with you.

We do not ask for your name on the sign-up page.

How we use it

• To send only the types of text messages you chose.
• To keep a record of your consent and of any opt-out, and to honor opt-outs.
• To respond to HELP requests and customer service questions.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the sign-up page, and to comply with law.

How we share it

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with service providers that run the program for us, and only for that purpose: our messaging software operator, Stradium LLC, and the text messaging provider and wireless carriers that deliver messages. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep consent and opt-out records for at least four years after your last interaction with the program so we can honor your choices and show compliance. Other program information is deleted when no longer needed.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored in a restricted database. Consent records cannot be edited after they are saved; a change of choice is recorded as a new entry.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. To ask about or update the information we hold about your number, call 603-627-3868. We keep a record of an opt-out so we can continue to honor it.

Children

The program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
