1. Program description

AAMCO Manchester (790 Gold Street, Manchester, NH 03103) offers two optional types of text messages. You choose each one separately:

• Service messages: appointment confirmations, repair status updates, estimate notices and vehicle pickup notices. Example: “AAMCO Manchester: Your vehicle is ready for pickup. Questions? Call 603-627-3868. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• Promotional messages: reminders about recommended services you deferred and occasional offers. Example: “AAMCO Manchester: Reminder: the brake service recommended at your last visit is still open. Call 603-627-3868 to schedule. Reply STOP to opt out.”

2. How you sign up

You sign up on our text message sign-up page by entering your mobile number and checking the box for each type of message you want. The boxes are not checked in advance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Service message frequency varies with your service activity. Promotional messages are limited to 4 messages per month.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We will send one message confirming your opt-out, then no further messages unless you sign up again. You can also call us at 603-627-3868 to change your preferences.

6. Help

Reply HELP for assistance, or call 603-627-3868.

7. Your number

By signing up, you confirm you are the account holder of the mobile number or are authorized to use it. If you change or give up the number, please reply STOP first or tell us.

8. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page.
